Tax Reliability Index in 2022
According to the recently announced amendment to the Tax Code, the deadline for the Financial Directorate to send the notice on the allocation of the Tax Reliability Index (IDS) has been postponed to 30 June 2022 (originally 28 February 2022).

According to the recently announced amendment to the Tax Code, the deadline for the Financial Directorate to send the notice on the allocation of the Tax Reliability Index (IDS) has been postponed to 30 June 2022 (originally 28 February 2022). The Financial Directorate will subsequently publish the list of taxpayers who have been assigned an IDS on its portal by 30 September 2022 (originally by 30 June 2022).
The assigned IDS will also determine benefits for individual taxpayers in the area of taxation, creating a system of benefits and restrictions provided by the tax administrator.
The Financial Directorate has published the factors that will affect the calculation of a particular taxpayer’s IDS and the assessment criteria on its portal. More information is available HERE.
