Ivan is one of the new reinforcements of the BPS team. He has more than 15 years of experience in business management, entrepreneurship and corporate finance.

Previously, he was a director of a state-owned company involved in the transportation and storage of crude oil and petroleum products, where he saved more than €1m in costs in one year through streamlining company processes and increased the company’s profitability by over 100% (from €900k to €2.2m).

He has spent part of his career as a senior financial controller in various positions in multinational companies and as an entrepreneur in the metals industry.

His experience mainly covers the energy, industrial manufacturing, armaments and technology sectors. Ivan specialises in business plans, financial modelling, market analysis and corporate strategy. He currently leads the business advisory team and is involved in M&A activities, business sales.
